In 2010, Three Angels Fund was founded in the loving memory of our three angels. As a non-profit organization, our mission is to honor those taken by supporting those in our community impacted by cancer. We want those affected by the inherent uncertainty and challenges that cancer brings to focus on their treatments and a journey towards health.
Through Three Angels Fund’s Community Giving Program and substantial donations to both Newport and South County Hospitals, we have been able to spend the years since 2010 realizing our mission.
Our Community Giving Program allows us to provide grants directly to those who need help with things such as medical, mortgage, or utility bills as well as travel costs to non-local treatment centers when needed. Our hospital contributions, specifically earmarked for cancer patient care, have supported programs, including a Reiki massage therapy program, to help provide cancer patients with physical and mental relief.
To fund our work, we host an annual fundraiser and run a variety of smaller events and raffles throughout the year, all not only benefiting but also involving the entire community. We are a 100% volunteer-based organization and know we couldn’t do what we do without all the support the community gives to us.
